High-performance biocatalysts engineered to accelerate capture kinetics and significantly reduce energy demand across multiple capture pathways.
AirZyme develops engineered biocatalysts inspired by natural CO₂ conversion pathways and optimised for industrial operation. Our platform enhances capture kinetics while reducing energy demand and is designed to integrate across point-source capture, direct air capture, direct ocean capture, and accelerated weathering.
The concept is based on a visual and conceptual analogy: the microscopic patterns of the enzymes developed by AirZyme resemble aerial landscapes. This relationship symbolizes how something invisible and extremely small, like asingle enzyme, can create impact on a planetary scale by capturing CO₂ and helping address climate change.
The visual identity aims to merge science and nature to communicate, in a clear and emotional way, the power of biotechnology to generate real change in the world.
